Staying secure on Skype Prime
Tips for service providers
After setting up your Skype Prime service, make sure your privacy settings allow calls from anyone. This increases the number of calls, but can lead to callers contacting you at an inconvenient time. If you only allow calls from contacts we recommend you communicate the fact that users should add you as a contact before they call.
If you don't want to receive calls or chats from particular Skype users use can simply block them. This may be useful when you're repeatedly called by the same person when it's not suitable for you to talk or when the caller is not particularly interested in paying for your service, but is just looking for people to talk to.
Tips for callers
Do not share your credit card details with anyone over Skype. Skype Credit is used for payment and this is deducted from your Skype account balance safely and automatically.
If you feel that a call service or call provider is in violation of the Terms of Service for callers and call providers of Skype Prime you can report abuse by clicking on the Report abuse link while you are in the call. Alternatively, you can visit our support page and file a support request under Skype Prime.
