This is how most people discover new stuff online. Use every community board or forum out there where people interested in your area of expertise discuss options available for them. It may be ones you have discovered by a search engine or ones you just know people use. A good place to start is the Skype Forums. Alternatively, you can add information about your service to blogs in form of comments, but you're advised to do so only in relevant places. If you are promoting your astrology services in a music teaching blog, you are in fact creating spam advertising in blogs which will do more harm than good.
Consider paid search for your website or Skype Prime service
Paid search or search engine marketing (SEM) is about paying for people who search for certain phrases on the web to land on your website. To our knowledge very few people, if any, have used it for promoting Skype Prime services. So the pros and cons are the same as with all new business areas - nothing is guaranteed to work, but if it does, returns can be very high. A good place to start is reading about Google AdWords.
