Custom Buttons for Skype Prime

Stumbled upon a nice customization of Skype Prime buttons. And apparently this can be linked to a calendar service to show available service times.
Read more here. We have written about creating banners that show your availability in the Skype Prime promotion guide. And for those less comfortable with creating custom buttons and coding there are standard Skype Prime snippets that can easily be copied onto blogs or websites.

Nice bit of PHP, but "mystatus.skype.com" is returning a .PNG these days, not the numeric code the author was using.
Does Skype expose an API we can use to get this working again? Because it is truly nifty.
